How does your pricing and packaging work? 

We meet for a Discovery Call where we gather information about you and your business, and to see if we're a great fit. We then produce 3 packages (Gold, Silver, Bronze) for you to choose from. You can move up and down through the packages as we work together.

What if I want the Gold Plan with the Bronze pricing?

You would need to remove services in order to receive the Bronze pricing.

How do I pay as little as possible? 

We are definitely not the lowest cost provider you'll talk to. That's for a reason. All of our plans are custom-tailored based on your needs and wants. We pride ourselves on being able to flex up and down with your business needs while still providing a top-notch customer experience.

Can I contact you whenever I want? 

Of course you can. While we aim to provide a top-notch customer experience by being responsive, we understand that boundaries need to be set so that we can be properly responsive. If you contact us on a weekend, we will respond within two (2) business days. We like to spend time with our friends and family just like you do.

Do you work with Solopreneurs? 

We do. We have a special Solopreneur plan that is tailored for a very specific customer profile. Typically, these are one-person businesses. We hold Discovery Calls to determine if you fit into that profile. If not, then you'll be offered 3 plans that we believe suit your needs.

Why monthly pricing?

All of our clients benefit from a fixed price, no surprise billing experience. We do this during our Discovery Call to assess volume, complexity, and services needed. Doing it this way allows us to provide an exact scope of work so you know what to expect every month and can budget appropriately, and it helps us build the first-class team you deserve and need.
